1. Loxus Hair & Make-up by Maya Jasinska takes bridal bookings up to 36 months in advance .
2. MINIMUM BOOKING POLICY
Minimum booking of £150 is required for your wedding day with Loxus Hair and Make-up by Maya Jasinska HMUA.
3. CONSULTATION & TRIAL
3.1 We will travel to your choice of location for your Bridal Consultation and Trial. This will occur ideally between at 9 and 3 months prior to your wedding.
3.2 Would you wish to , you can come for your Bridal Consultation and Trial to one of the Loxus Hair and Make-up location in Cardiff.
3.3 If requested Loxus Hair and Make-up can provide hand made hair accessories at your trial.
3.4 Wedding consultation and trial can take of up to 4.5hrs for bride. This is based on one person per booking.
3.5 Consultation and trial date can be paid in advance.
4. SECURE YOUR WEDDING DATE
4.1 In order to secure your wedding day, a £50 deposit is required.
4.2 The deposit is fully refundable when notified three months prior to the wedding day.
4.3 Once payment of deposit is received we will send email confirmation upon receipt.
4.4 Payments acceptance is via bank transfer. Only in special circumstances payment can be made by cash.
4.5 Payment by cheque is not accepted.
4.6 The final balance is to pay One Week prior to the wedding.
5. THE WEDDING MORNING
5.1 Loxus Hair and Make-up calculate the start ,and finish of your wedding day preparation according to the services in your bridal party.
5.2 We allow up to an hour for the Bride’s Hair ,and up to an hour for the Bride’s Makeup on the day – a maximum total of 2 hours for the Bride’s Hair & Makeup. For bridal parties we allow up to 45min per hair or make-up per person.
6. MILEAGE AND TRAVEL
6.1 Mileage charges outside of Cardiff are at the standard of 45pence per mile.
6.2 Mileage cost is calculated from the Loxus Hair & Make-up postcode of CF14 7DF, and is added to your quote.
7.1 Deposit to secure the wedding day is non-refundable/ non-transferable.
Payments for other services are non-refundable/non-transferable. Those dates will have been reserved for you, resulting in a loss of earnings.
7.2 Loxus Hair and Make-up recommends to take wedding insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.
8. CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY
It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Company or Team member who is engaged to provide the service of any potential issues such as but not limited to medical conditions, allergies, and/or sensitivities. Neither the Company nor Team member can be held liable for any condition that arises or loss incurred by the Client if the Client has not informed the Company and/or Team member of any known conditions as stated above, or of any conditions unknown to the Client at the time of the service.
The Company and/or Team member reserve the right to cancel the Agreement if the behaviour of the Client is deemed inappropriate and/or if the Client reports a condition that the Company and/or Team member deem as a risk to the Client’s health and well-being. In these cases any payments that have already been made by the Client for the service are non-refundable.
9. LOXUS HAIR AND MAKE-UP RESPONSIBILITY
Loxus Hair and Make-up will always endeavour to honour the Agreement to the best of its ability.
In the situations of circumstances beyond the control where a team member is unwell, delayed or otherwise unavailable, sometimes at short notice. We will inform the Client at its earliest convenience and endeavour to make favourable alternative arrangements if possible.
We reserves the right to offer the Client compensation in the event that it is not able to honour the Agreement. This entirely dependent on the circumstances and will be discussed openly and honestly with the client.
BY SECURING A BOOKING OR REGUEST A TRIAL THE CLIENT ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
