Loxus Accessories offers a collection of hand-crafted bridal and event pieces designed to complement your Loxus Hair & Makeup experience. Each accessory is carefully created by hand using premium materials and artisan techniques, ensuring every piece feels beautifully individual.

By purchasing from Loxus Accessories, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. Please review them before placing your order.

• All pieces are individually hand-crafted; therefore, slight variations in colour, finish, or detail are part of the natural artistry of each item.
   
• Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may be updated without prior notice.
   
• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
   

• As each piece is hand-crafted to order, please allow up to 4 weeks for creation before dispatch.
   
• We recommend placing your order at least 6–8 weeks before your event or wedding date to ensure sufficient time for production and delivery.
   
• During peak bridal season, processing times may extend slightly; early ordering is strongly encouraged to avoid disappointment.
   
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review it carefully and notify us within 24 hours if any information is incorrect.
   
• Payment must be received in full before production begins.
   

• All items are dispatched from the UK once production is complete.
   
• Standard UK delivery takes approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch.
   
• International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
   
• Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
   
• Tracking information will be provided where available.
   
• Loxus Accessories is not responsible for courier delays, customs fees, or import duties incurred at destination.
   

For hand-crafted but non-customised accessories purchased online, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

• You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.
   
• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect, resellable condition.
   
• Once received and inspected, a refund (excluding original delivery costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
   
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or mis described.
   

• For bespoke or personalised accessories (made specifically to your design, size, or specification), returns or cancellations are not accepted unless the item is faulty or not as described.
   
• We encourage you to double-check all details at the time of ordering to ensure accuracy.
   

• Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs and your order number.
   
• In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
   

• You may cancel a standard (non-bespoke) order before production begins for a full refund.
   
• Once the crafting process has started, cancellation is not possible.
   
• Bespoke or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as materials and labour are allocated immediately.
   

Each Loxus piece is delicate and should be handled with care.

• Avoid contact with hairspray, perfume, or moisture.
   
• Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
   
• Handle with clean hands and keep in original packaging when not in use.
   

Loxus Accessories will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
